Our last day was last Thursday. And I rejoiced. The fifth and third years weren't a picnic, so let's savor this break; swim, travel, relax and hang out with friends we never see! And yes, I have camps aligned ... because I'm not crazy. Lol.
Have you ever heard of Cowboy Spaghetti? It's a variation of classic spaghetti and meatballs, but with crumbled ground beef, bacon, hot sauce and cheddar. And apparently named as such because cowboys like these things, right? I just know my family loves it.
I thought it would be fun to make this Cowboy pasta salad for the summer. And it's perfect. Everyone loved it and wanted the recipe, so here it is! Horses, lassos and spurs not included.
